Ingredients
- 6 Granny Smith Apples
- 6 oz. Fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 cups ice
- 2 packets of stevia (or honey)
Servings: person
Instructions
- Wash, core and slice the apples
- Put the apples, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon and stevia in a blender and pulse blend for 45 to 60 seconds
- Pour into a glass and top with a tablespoon of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
